Coaching is an alliance designed to deepen your learning and move you toward your intended change of circumstance, environment, or way of being. Coaching is not a chit-chat session. Your Coach listens to you without judgment, asks questions to clarify, and poses inquiries to provoke instrospection, broaden awareness, and evoke "Aha!" Your Coach keeps you on track and moving forward by holding you accountable in the way that works best for you. As you identify your values and clarify your goals, your Coach helps you:

  • Find resources
  • Design a plan
  • Identify and push past obstacles
  • Align your actions
  • Close the gap between where you are and where you want to be

Accountability

The value of accountability to another person cannot be underestimated. You are more likely to be productive when you share your stated objective with a partner.
